SUMMARY The living is easy inside this impressive Porto Hydra private estate. With its lush gardens, gorgeous sea views, and amenities that will have both the âchill-seekersâ and athletic-minded occupied 24/7. Ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, Luxurious Porto Hydra is ideally positioned to enjoy proximity to the beach, as well as a perfect base for day trips to neighboring islands and/or drives to places like monumental Ancient Epidaurus. This luxury 3-story residence is located in The Plepi Settlement which neighbors Porto Hydra Village (a high-end complex known as the âMiami of Greeceâ). The villa exudes a âcountry-luxâ vibe and the floor plan encompasses an open space living/dining/kitchen area, four spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an attic, and a playroom (with an extra kitchen, fully-equipped laundry room, and even a pool table). The estate boasts a palatial outdoor space complete with a gorgeous pool, an al-fresco dining area, a basketball court, and a built-in BBQ. The roomy living area is complete with a comfy sofa, an impressive brick-lined fireplace, Satellite TV, and a wireless internet connection. The wood-paneled kitchen is a joy to cook and gather in and is more than fully equipped with utensils, pots, and pans to a microwave and two types of coffee machines (filter coffee and Nespresso). The 3.5 bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite) include everything you will need, from shampoos to fluffy towels and hairdryers. The four spacious bedrooms ensure a good nightâs sleep with super comfy beds, top-notch linen, and extra pillows and coverings. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and thereâs one more bedroom with a single bed. To âbottom things offâ thereâs the playroom in the basement, complete with a pool table. Thereâs also an extra kitchen and a well-resourced laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
