• Half Board cannot be exchanged with New Year Gala Dinner or Christmas Brunch.

• Half board experience includes breakfast in the main restaurant, with a choice of lunch or dinner per day in Dine Around outlets (buffet

or a la carte). Each guest may choose one starter, one main course, and one dessert from the a la carte menu. Dishes with a

supplementary charge are highlighted on the menu. Water is included during lunch or dinner in Mina's Kitchen, Latest Recipe and Ginger

Moon only. Beverages for lunch or dinner are not included and will be charged separately. Half board dine around is non-transferable

and non-refundable must be utilized on a daily basis.

All Inclusive Dine Around

• All Inclusive experience includes breakfast in the main restaurant, lunch, and dinner per day in Dine Around outlets (buffet or a la carte), snacks, tea & coffee, soft beverages throughout the day and selected alcoholic beverages from 12:00, selected minibar items on the day of arrival only. Each guest may choose one starter, one main course, and one dessert from the a la carte menu. Dishes with a supplementary charge are highlighted on the menu. All Inclusive Dine Around is non-transferable and non-refundable and needs to be utilized on a daily basis. All Inclusive package starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. On the day of departure, only breakfast is included in the package.

All Inclusive supplement is not applicable during Christmas (24th & 25th December) and New Year (31st December & 1st January). Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner charges apply.

• Excluded restaurants: In Room Dining, Farrago Lounge, Bussola Restaurant, Skinny Genie, third party ice-cream stands, Five Iron Golf

and ATTIKO are not included in All Inclusive Dine Around and will be charged to guest room account upon consumption.

• Children under 6 dine free on the same meal basis as paying adults.

• To avail these meal supplements, the guest must book these via the Company before arrival.

• Alcoholic beverage restrictions may apply due to the Holy Month of Ramadan and Religious Holidays.

» GENERAL POLICY:

• A minimum of 5 consecutive nights stay applies for all arrivals between December 26, 2025 –January 2, 2026 and December 26, 2026 -January 2, 2027 (both dates inclusive) without any exception.

• Check-out is not allowed on December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2026.

• Check-in time is 15:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours.

• All guests arriving before 12:00 hours (noon) will be accommodated subject to availability of rooms. Baggage may be stored at Concierge for those arriving early if rooms are not available for early check-in.

• Early check-in can be guaranteed at an additional charge: 50% of the 1st night room rate for arrivals between 10:00 – 15:00 hours 100% charges will apply for arrivals before 10:00 hours.

• Late check out can be guaranteed at an additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12:00 – 18:00 hours. 100% charges will apply for departure after 18:00 hours.

• GUARANTEED ADJOINING ROOMS: Information needs to be mentioned at the moment of the booking in order to guarantee interconnecting rooms.

CHILD POLICY:

• Children under the age of 6 years stay free of charge.

• Only children aged 0 - 2.99 are considered as infants.

• Each child from 6 to 11.99 years will be charged per night, inclusive of breakfast and extra bed (subject to availability).

• Extra beds are free of charge and subject to hotel availability

• All children under the age of 11.99 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the resort premises

Kids Club

• Open from 09:00 – 18:00 hours (weekdays) and 09:00 – 20:00 hours (weekends) for children from 4 to 11.99 years of age.

• Schedule is subject to seasonal changes.

• Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult.

Jungle Bay Waterpark
