FREE FLOW DRINKS INCLUSION (FF)
• Applicable on Spectacular Room and above, including Suites (not applicable on Wonderful and Fabulous Rooms)
• Daily 3 hours (16:00-19:00) unlimited premium house drinks in speak-easy bar Aether or all-day dining restaurant LIV (food is
not included)
• Not applicable over NYE period from December 28th 2026 to January 4th 2027
• Kids of 11.99 y.o. of below can consume soft beverage in LIV ONLY

INCIDENTAL CHARGES:
a. Children Policy: Cots for children under 3.99 years are provided free of charge and upon request based on availability. Maximum of
two Children 3.99 – 11.99 stay free on existing bedding when sharing the room with the parents.
b. Extra Adult Person Charge: Each additional person will be charged AED 250 net on Bed & Breakfast basis per day, with a maximum
of 1 additional adult per room including one extra rollaway bed.
c. Rollaway Beds: The hotel offers rollaway beds for AED 250 per day, inclusive of tax and breakfast. Please note that these
must be pre-booked during the reservation process

Security Deposit: In order to check in, guests are required to provide a valid credit card or cash deposit to cover any incidental
charges during their stay
c.e. Tourism Dirham Fee: Guests will be charged AED 20 per room per night upon check-in for government tourism fees. It is
the agent's responsibility to inform guests of these charges prior to their arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME: Check-in time is 15:00 check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 15:00 will be
accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable. Early checkin can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the 1st night room rate for arrivals between 10 am – 3 pm. 100% charges will apply for
arrivals before 10 am. Late check out can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12
pm – 6 pm. 100% charges will apply for departure after 6 pm

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights
(whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable Taxes will be billed to you.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Hotel and may not be amended or changed unless done so in
writing and signed by you and the Hotel. The persons signing below agree that they are authorized representatives of the above indicated
Company and Hotel who have authority to enter into this Agreement and bind Company. This Agreement will not be valid and enforceable
until a signed copy is returned to the Hotel by May 30, 2025, and the term of the Agreement shall be one year from such date, subject to
termination by Hotel at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement hereby supersedes and replaces in its entirety any and all
prior and contemporaneous oral and written agreements related to information about the Hotel, including bookings, express or implied,
between you, your Channels, your Other Channels and the Hotel.

MEAL SUPPLEMENTS:
HALF BOARD AND FULL BOARD
• Half Board: (children under the age of 11.9 years eat free from children’s menu)
• Half Board: Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner; beverages are not included in the meal plan
• Full Board: (children under the age of 11.9 years eat free from children’s menu)
• Full Board: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner; beverages are not included in the meal plan
• Half Board or Full Board meal plans start with the dinner on day of arrival and finish with the breakfast on the day of departure,
respectively lunch for Full Board
• Kids 11.9years and below dine for free from the kids menu only. Kids menu is available in all outlets
• Olivino, Akira Back and SoBe reservations are required in advance and are subject to availability especially during peak periods,
Friday and Saturday nights
• Hotel promotions, In- room Dining and MixBar are not included in the offer
• Saturday and Sunday Brunch/Holidays/National Days and any other day identified by the Hotel are not included in the offer
• The Hotel reserves the right to introduce changes to the concept or operating hours of food & beverage outlets without prior
notice
ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE SUPPLEMENT

• Applicable only for Premium Dine Around (In the hotel only), not covering More Cravings Half Board Dine Around (Not including
other Marriott hotels restaurants)
• Hotel F&B promotions, In-Room dining, and Mix Bar are not included in the offer. Saturday and Sunday Brunch and any other
day promotions in the Hotel are not included in the offer and cannot be combined with meal credit
• House beverages: wines/soft beverages/beers and spirits can be available at Wet Deck, W lounge, Liv, SoBe and Aether
• Kids go free up to 11.9 years and can be availed at Olivino, Wet Deck, W Lounge & Liv
• Ice cream throughout the day can be availed at Wet Deck & Liv
• Tea & coffee throughout the day can be availed at Wet Deck, W Lounge & Liv
• Buffet meals can be availed for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner at all day dining restaurant in Liv
• Meal credit of AED 150 per person per meal can be utilized by the guest in Akira Back, Olivino, SoBe, W Lounge, Aether and
Wet Deck. Olivino, Akira Back, Aether, and SoBe reservations are required in advance and are subject to availability
• Meal credit of AED 150 per person per meal must be utilized in the same venue and cannot be carried forward to other venues
on that day and is not cumulative and unused credits will expire end of each day

DINING OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON PROPERTY:
• OLIVINO (Mediterranean a-la carte restaurant) Lunch or Dinner. Kids menu is available.
• AKIRA BACK (Japanese cuisine with a Korean twist by celebrity chef Akira Back, listed in the Michelin Guide 2022 recommended
restaurants): Dinner. Kids menu is available.
• LIV (All day dining): Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The Hotel reserves the right to introduce changes to the concept. Kids options
are available.
• SoBe (The only rooftop bar on Palm Jumeirah with 360-degree views of Dubai): Dinner & Drinks. Kids menu is available.
• Aether (A private Speakeasy bar with signature cocktails and an exclusive wine selection): Drinks & Bar Nibbles.
• WET, WET DECK & BEACH (Poolside bar/Beach Club): Lunch. Kids menu is available.
• W LOUNGE (Located in the Living Room the perfect place for a morning coffee, signature cocktails or light bites): Lunch or
Dinner. Kids menu is available.

NEW YEARS EVE GALA DINNER:
• The New Year’s Eve Gala dinner is compulsory for all guest
• Complimentary for children below 6 when accompanying paid parents
• Half Board and Full Board guests will not be able to avail the dinner on 24th of December 2026, the lunch on the 25th of
December 2026 and the dinner on 31st of December 2026.
MEAL SUPPLEMENT NOTES:
• Children under 11.9 y.o. dine free when on the same meal basis as paying adult
• Every dining option available on property features kids menu
• To avail of these meal rates the guest must book these via the Company prior to arriving at the hotel for the full length of stay
• Food credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable
• Reservations for restaurants are subject to hotel confirmation
