Welcome to this cozy and complete apartment for 4 - 5 people, located near the sea located in Port d´Alcúdia. In the fully furnished balcony you can spend great evenings with family and friends. The apartment of 70m2 is situated on the 1st floor with elevator. It has 2 bedrooms; one with double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms count with wardrobe and fan. A cot and a high chair, as well as an extra bed, are available on request. The house has one bathroom with bathtub. The living room with A/C is very bright and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, TV and one dining table with chairs. The separated kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The apartment is very well located, as you can find all the necessary services close: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, sports center, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards the town of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Palma, etc. The beautiful beach of fine sand is just 180 meters away. The beach is perfect for babies and children, as the depth decreases very gradually and children can enjoy the waves and swim quietly. From the area is very easy to drive to other sites with a worthwile beaches, such as Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro and Port de Pollença. You will love the old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, the old church and the ancient walls. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place. Do not forget to visit the Roman ruins, where you can see a beautiful amphitheater.
