Meal Supplement Terms and Conditions:

  • For the guests having breakfast included, breakfast will be available on the day of departure and not on the day of arrival.
  • Guests booking additional meal plans (half board/ half board plus/ full board/ full board plus) shall start consumption with lunch or dinner exclusively on the day of arrival. The same is not applicable on the day of departure.
  • Any unused / missed meals cannot be carried forward during the stay or converted into a value credit
  • Meal supplements are applicable on all rates, but are not applicable for Family Suites.

  • Meal supplements are restricted to lunch exclusively for bookings crossing Christmas Eve (24.12.2025) & New Year’s Eve (31.12.2025).

» GENERAL POLICY:

 

  • Rates are valid for individual booking and are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.
  • An additional Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in and is subject to change by local authorities.
  •  A deposit of extras of specified amount room per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in, for incidentals. The deposit is refundable upon check-out, if extras are not consumed.

 

 

  • Minimum Length of Stay:

- A minimum length of stay of two (2) nights is required for all bookings (excluding booking crossing New Year – see below).

- For arrivals between 29th December 2025 and 1st January 2026 (both days inclusive), a minimum length of stay of three (3) consecutive nights is applicable for all rooms and suites.

- No check-out on 31 December 2025

  

  • Check-in / Check-out Time:

- Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 PM (noon). Rooms or suites requiring check in prior to 15:00 will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested during the time of reservation

- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate. For any check-out after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability).

- Early arrivals: Guests may store the luggage at the Front Office and use the Hotel recreational facilities on FOC basis.

- Early departures: Guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

 

  

» CHILDREN POLICY:

 

  • Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
  • Free of charge in existing bedding and / or rollaway bed as per the maximum room capacity. A child must be accompanied at least by one adult in order to be accommodated.
  • For meals Free of charge on booked meal plan of parents – minimum of one paying adult. Excluding in-room dining and New Year’s Eve dinner.
