If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

High season (June, July, August, September)

If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
