The design of the hotel has been implemented based on the creation of an alternative hotel unit with the main goal of living close to nature. The orientation of the buildings is done in such a way as to ensure as much free areas of green as well as significant distances between the building volumes, making the unstructured space outweigh the structured and ensuring the privacy of the guests. The reception, with an atrium approximately in the middle of it, aims to create an intermediate space with a view of the green and the functional separation between the reception and the reception lounge. The living room has a targeted view to the north and with a special construction of windows it is achieved, when they are open, to be disappeared completely giving the visitor the feeling of being outside. The spa includes a 9-person jacuzzi, a 6-person sauna, therapeutic massage chairs, fitness equipment and a relaxation area with sunbeds. To create a mystical atmosphere, the spa building has three linear skylights, while in front there is an intermediate open space like an atrium. These elements have a dual role, either they allow the view directly from inside the spa by aligning it to the north or when closed they give privacy and filter the light creating a relaxing atmosphere for the users. The design of the rooms gives the flexibility in each building to accommodate either 4 different clients or a larger group of up to 12 people. A characteristic element of this flexibility are the rotating dividers on the ground floors of the buildings, which either separate or unify the ground floor outdoor space in front of each pool between the ground floor rooms. Finally, the hotels restaurant offers breakfast and meals throughout the day. The restaurant offers Italian cuisine of excellent quality. The view is panoramic on the plain of Paleochora while it has a fireplace for the cold days and nights of winter.Datorita dinamicitatii domeniului disponibilitatea ofertelor se modifica de la un moment la altul. Daca este cazul, evaluarile oficiale sunt date de catre autoritatile din fiecare tara si au tendinta de a da o clasificare corecta bazata pe standardele relative din tara respectiva.
