Location

The modern 3* Nissiana Hotel & Bungalows located in the Nissi Bay area, just 150m from the famous Nissi beach, the most beautiful white sandy beach in Ayia Napa and about 25 minutes walking distance from the centre of the resort. Standard hotel rooms (2-3 persons) dimensions are 21sqm equipped with twin beds, private bathroom (bath/shower with WC), hairdryer,individual air-conditioning, LED TV with satellite and music channels, mini fridge, safe deposit box, direct dial telephone,  sitting area and balcony.

Family hotel rooms / 1 communal area (2-4 persons) are 26 sqm equipped with twin beds plus 2 extra beds,  sitting area, balcony, private bathroom (bath/ shower or only shower with WC), hairdryer, individual air-conditioning, LED TV with satellite and music channels, mini fridge, safe deposit box, direct dial telephone.

Superior rooms(2-3) are 21sqm totally new featuring Mediterranean modern island style with twin beds, sitting area, balcony, private bathroom (shower with WC), hairdryer, individualair-conditioning, LED TV with satellite and music channels, mini fridge, safe deposit box, direct dial telephone.

Double beds available upon request for all room types.

Studio bungalows (2-3 persons) are 33 sqm and have twin beds plus sofa bed, living room, private bathroom (bath/shower with WC), kitchenette area, oven with cooking rings, kettle, toaster, hairdryer,individual air-conditioning, LED TV with satellite and music channels, fridge,safe deposit box, direct dial telephone and balcony.

 One bedroom bungalows (2-4 persons) are 48 sqm and have twin beds plus 2 sofa beds, living room, separate bedroom, private bathroom (bath/shower with WC), kitchenette area, oven with cooking rings,kettle, toaster,  hairdryer, individual air-conditioning, LED TV with satellite and music channels, fridge, safe deposit box, direct dial telephone and balcony.
