The aparthotel is located in the Founty neighbourhood of Agadir, Morocco. The area is a developing residential and tourist area and although the ongoing building projects are unsightly, they do not affect the high standard of service and accommodation in this aparthotel. The beach is 200 m away while the centre of Agadir is 500 m from the hotel. Agadir - Al Massira Airport is about 20 km from the hotel.This modern aparthotel was built in 2003 on 3900 m². It consists of 49 apartments, 36 studios and 11 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include air conditioning, currency exchange, cloakroom, lift access, hairdressing salon and childrens playground. Guests can make use of the café, restaurant and 2 bars. There are also conference facilities, a car park and minimarket. For an additional fee, public Internet access and a laundry service are available. There is a shuttle bus service to the beach and the centre of Agadir.The quiet, spacious and elegant accommodation units consist of studios or standard apartments with 60 to 64 m² of living space, including bedroom, living room and kitchen with mini fridge, cooker, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing set. Further amenities include telephone, radio, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, safe and balcony or terrace. The apartments are also en suite with shower.
