There are 2 bedrooms located downstairs. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, sofa sitting area, ceiling fan, a/c, terrace, walk-out to the garden/pool area, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, sofa sitting area, ceiling fan, a/c, terrace, walk-out to the garden/pool area, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and shower. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, sofa sitting area, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, a/c, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a private balcony. The fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, a/c, closet, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The villa has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi (not heated) with plenty of sunbeds, surrounded by a tropical garden. The outdoor âpalapaâ with a dining table, overlooking the pool, golf course, and the ocean. The contemporary kitchen with island offers a working space with all of the necessary equipment for cooking during vacation. The living- and dining room area is located in a large palapa that is open on the sides. There are several sitting areas for guests to enjoy as well as a round dining table that seats 8 persons. This room does have screens that can be rolled down, if necessary. Chef, butler and maid service are included
